I really wanted to like this place, but the owner has always been so extremely rude anytime I've been there. A drink was made and taken out of the shop (to go), and it tasted like chemicals. Called the location and was told to bring it back to have it remade. The comment made by the owner was "why didn't you drink it before you left if there was a problem sweetie?". She berated the barista for her "mistake", and the whole interaction was very uncomfortable. Customer service is just not a thing here I guess. Friendly barista, tasty coffee drink, on the pricey side. Environment is kitschy bordering on tacky. I like the boho, cozy style they’re going for, but there is room for improvement.
