The food in Sembulan was delicious and portions were generous. Seafood was fresh. Price was reasonable and we would definitely come again if we were to visit KK again. It was quite popular and crowded so best to reserve a table in advance and be prepared to wait for orders (but ours came quite fast). Nice atmosphere, adequate seats. Serving is quite fast, waiting time for food ~15mins. Food is superb, tastes excellent. Seafood are fresh too! 😋 We ordered blacked bean steamed fish 🐠 it would be better to order ginger steam instead. Softshell crab tasted good. Clams is the best among all. We were very lucky to get the last table without a reservation on Merdeka Day. We did go 20 earlier before they open lol. Place was fully reserved and dinner customers had to be turned away. Lobster was very nice with butter sauce. The rest like clam soup, fried soft shell , chili squid were standard fare but I do say super fresh ingredients all. With seafood places, your experience varies depending on the person that decides what dish to order. In this case ... we probably could've done better, lol. Overall tasted pretty solid, would revisit to order other dishes. Probably my first time having prawns this huge, averaged out to be about RM20 per piece. Price per person RM 40–60 Food: 5

I brought my wife for our anniversary. Worst decision ever made Lobster meat was so tough, that you need a wrestler to pull it apart. I burned Rm 400 for this lobsters Squid almost similar story. Vege was nice. Staff refused to omit the lobster from the bill. And he tells us back that I have not eaten lobster before, it was supposed to be hard etc etc Overall, it’s a restaurant with not amazing ambience. And bad service and attitude. Reasonable seafood price here. Very helpful and friendly worker here ! Help us to get seafood even it is in the afternoon as normally thy dont have much stock for seafood in the afternoon.
