Crust is a strength of pizzas, but true strength of chain might be the plentiful salad options with generous portions. Limited loyalty plan. Hit or miss as per usual. Sometimes I get what I ordered and the food is fresh and crisp, other times it's soggy and not what I ordered. I typically ask for the fries well done but only once or twice have they been crispy. Same with the chips, they come soggy sometimes. I wanted to try and order the new avocado spinach and feta panini tonight but they gave me the caprisi. It was okay and I didn't bother calling back because that would've been my 2nd choice anyways and I'm not waiting around for a new sandwich and don't care enough to bother... but hopefully someday I'll get what I ordered. I ordered online The experience online was quick and the food got here rather quick other than that that's all I can say Good. The food was overcooked and overpriced and didn't have a taste at all I ordered three medium pizzas and they were three smalls that I got I ordered three orders of fries and they were overcooked and soggy and I ordered a of cinnabites that were hard .overall the food was bad very expensive what I ordered cost me $70 I won't buy there again.
