Thought it would be fun to grab breakfast from here. They got the order wrong at the drive through. Served me a smoothie that leaked all over my cup holder and the sandwiches looked like someone slapped them together with two left hands. For the prices they charge and you can’t even customize a sandwich, i’ll stick to Kwik Trip. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went on opening day 7/7/23 and was so impressed by how quickly the long lines moved! We were through the drive through in just a few minutes. It was clear the whole staff was well trained and well prepared for a successful opening day. All three drinks our car ordered were perfect. Try the iced matcha with vanilla, YUM! First time here and the young kids were very understanding and patient so I could look @ the menu in peace. Very yummy coffee. Can't wait to come back. Plus there interior is very cute. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Great place. I enjoyed it when they first opened. Everyone was bubby and really upbeat. My last two visits were that there. Seems the flame was short-lived. Just another quick stop for a boost with no human interaction. Seems more and more stores are going that way. Shame. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I am appalled by the news of the manager being let go. When visiting, it was apparent how much the wonderful, hard working employees valued and looked up to their manager, which is an increasingly rare occurrence to see in the food industry. I find it hard to support what WOULD have been my favorite coffee place when their employees are treated such a way. I imagine the wonderful quality of their service and product will likely diminish as a team has been stripped of their leader. Shame. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
2nd time the and once again the most simple thing can’t be done. Regular hot coffee. Nothing special is ice cold and has no flavor whatsoever. How this place stays open is beyond me. 23 minutes in line for a pre-made microwaved burrito that could be purchased for half the price at KwikTrip. So by the time you get your food that was made days ago, it’s been reheated and sitting for another 20 minutes. Wouldn’t even eat it. I loved visiting Scooter's but I am afraid it won't be the same without their team manager, Kayla. She was always so sweet and it was obvious that the crew looked up to her. Under her leadership, Scooter's had such a positive atmosphere and a motivated team. It's a shame to assume a drop-off will occur in the lack of her presence. I will miss her and I hope to see her working in another industry in town so I can take my business there instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have just heard news that the store manager has been let go. We can only assume productivity and service will likely experience a large dropoff. You can tell that employees are extremely upset. Previous manager, Kayla, really held those kids (and their work ethics) together. It is so sad to see the beginnings of everyone’s favorite coffee shop fall apart into the classic fast food high turnover rate. Kayla will be missed by many customers, as she would always recognize us by order and name, and I am sure this business’s service will not be as positive of an experience without her.
