Gave 2 stars because usually it's wonderful. Especially Monday-Friday mornings and those would be 5's each time normally. Today I went at about 6:50-6:55. I've been there before 7:00 on a Sunday before, and yes- recently. The window sign and google site both say open at 6am. They were both just standing around talking. No answer at drive thru or walk up. Multiple cars went thru. When I saw people started to work I asked if the hours were no longer valid, she said "we open at 7 on Sunday. " I informed her that everything says 6 and that's unacceptable. She got snippy and said she would tell the manager. So here I am telling you in case she doesn't.

I was driving through this sode of town and needed coffee! I got a small black coffee and it is delecious! They are giving away free black coffee for the mo th of September. Today would be the last day. If you have a tried to place come check it out!

My first time trying Scooter's, and I got a free drink as well! They also have sugar-free caramel for their coffee drinks, which is my favorite flavoring! A well known competitor that I frequent daily, they do not have sugar-free caramel, and that's a plus in my book! The Barista at the speaker was very pleasant and cordial. She did not try to rush me since that was my first time browsing the menu. She was also very sweet at the drive-thru window. My drink was great, and I didn't try anything else, but their menu looked fantastic. I will definitely be back because of their service, and their sugar-free drinks they have to offer! Some of their drink flavors were 'Turtle Latte, Candy Bar Latte, Toffee Nut Caramelicious, Love Potion.' Just to name a few! There is definitely something here for everyone!
Every time I go through the drive up window. They see my dog in the back seat and ask to give him a "pupcup". I say yes. It's peanut butter with some whipped cream and a couple of dog biscuits. He definitely loves that!

Stopped in for the first time since it was on my way to where I was going. Service was fast and staff was friendly but my hot latte taste burnt. $6.25 for a burnt latte that I threw in the trash. Disappointed.

I would love to give it 5 stars. But I have learned now to not go to this location on the weekends. The girl who has taken my order the last 2 Friday nights, doesn't speak loud enough to even hear her. Then she doesn't make it the way it suppose to be with the caramel or chocolate drizzle. And when I have gotten it, it's already melted. I usually get Carmelicious Blended with whip. When I receive it, it has no drizzle inside the cup or on top. And it's melted to the point it tastes like a melted shake. I've had to throw away 4 drinks so far. It made me sick each time. The gentleman that is there in the morning, Monday-Friday is the best though! Always perfectly made! And his customer service skills are above and beyond! I am a retail store manager and would never be OK with my employees doing a half way job. Thank you to the young man who always makes my work day very pleasant.

Delicious coffee. I ordered the mocha blended. Perfect amount of cream, chocolate flavor, and espresso. Then we ordered a iced Carmel drink. We asked for light ice and let's just say they don't know what the word light means. However my wife was extremely happy with the flavors. Now the reasons why I'm giving it a three star is because the guys personality was about as good as a rock. I'm not into insults but no joke..it was bad. He told me to have a good day and almost forgot our second drink. I love the taste but when it comes to customer service it was a big disappointment. I'll try again in a few weeks and see if it changes there with their staff. First time coming to try it today. Bit of a let down.
Coffee that I ordered was very good but 1 of the Coffees was incorrect. They cheerfully corrected this. Staff is very nice but the drive-thru was quite slow.
