Unfortunately, my experience at this scooter coffee place has been consistently disappointing. I've ordered four times, and each time, my drink was made incorrectly. It's frustrating to not receive what I've paid for. I hope they can address this issue to improve their service. Service: 1

Terrible experience. Around 12pm 12/18 I ordered a drink, then the workers said “you are number _____ of the day and you won a prize” I was very excited and it made my day. As to my suprize, They said “you won a straw” Following that they did not realize the window was not closed and started laughing and making fun of me for being excited that I won a straw. Professionalism was not there and there needs to be a lesson about respect to their customers and how to deliver food and drinks with no games. Don’t hire immature children.
