I have no words on how I was blatantly ignored in the drive thru today on 1/27/2024 . The lady at the drive thru literally stood there had a whole conversation for nearly 17 mins even after her order was handed to her .I cannot even believe she looked at me several times and just kept hanging out of the window and talking about her problems !! Never in my life have I’ve witness such diabolical behavior from a young lady never ..I am shaking and don’t want to say it was a racist act but she made sure I seen her and continue on with her conversation..I came thru the drive thru a little after 7:30 to place my order !! The worker has long black hair with glasses on !! If she’s careless like this ,this location is for sure losing money !! After a certain time I had to back up and leave the drive thru which I went on belt line and I looked back and seen she was still talking smh this has to be the worst experience in my life with food service
