The staff is super friendly and so FAST! Recommended a drink for me and it was delicious! Definitely will be back!

Placed an online order through app, store did not give us our order due to "machines being down" 30 minutes before close. Called the store & the manager said the order and charge would supposedly be canceled when they close out the register for the night (it was not) and said she supposedly had no way of canceling it. she also did not contact me to let me know they could not fulfil my order, so we drove there for nothing. I contacted the store again today and they said the manager would cancel the order and call me which never happened. Not only was my credit card charged for the order, I also lost my free drink reward. I will NEVER order from this location again.

I've been to the majority of Scooters locations in the Cedar valley and this one is by far the best. I don't know what they do differently but these guys should be the trainers for all scooters locations!!!!
