Last 3 times I went the brisket was 70% fat. First 2 times I just figured they had an off day , or I came at the wrong time ,but 3 times in a row.. one of the older female employees is rude to my mom on a regular basis. looking for another BBQ place because this is no longer it, definitely not going back & gonna let everyone know about it. We literally used to ask for extra lean but the rude woman at the window pointed to a sign & informed "we dont do that anymore" we tipped/paid extra.. other ppl have the same complaints so evidently speaking to management isn't going to change anything.
