The food is very good and consistent. Every visit the staff is friendly and attentive while taking my order. The restaurant is always clean. We love to eat at Schlotsky's, both in Flowood and in Madison. The restaurant is always clean, the staff has always been friendly, and the sandwiches are some of my favorite deli sandwiches. And we even catch the owner in the kitchen sometimes when we pass through so you know the owner cares about the business! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
