It's not an atmosphere place! Food was great, manager Regina took great care of us, with the staff! We were traveling w a large group of boys, and the food was ready quickly, and it was great. Schlotzsky’s used to be known for giving you a pickle with your sandwich. Most people love that. It even asks when you order online if you don’t want the pickle. I’m disappointed that they never add in the pickle with the sandwich as it is listed as something that comes with the meal. I’m going to have to start asking before I leave to make sure I get them. But otherwise the sandwiches have always been really good Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
