Waited exceptionally long time at counter with no acknowledgment whatsoever, when an employee finally decided to come And help us he was rude, lacked any customer service skills, and would interrupt as I ordered. Food was very good. It had been a number of years since I'd been to a Schlotsky's. I got a chicken, bacon, ranch calzone. There was only two people working so service was a bit slow as the two were having to do both the front of house and back duties. But they were very nice and helpful.
