Went thru drive thru. Employee kind. Ordered avocado bacon turkey sandwich. Didn’t eat till got home and found there was no avocado at all on it. The bacon was the precooked kind that is only good if it’s heated up. It was not. So it was limp and tasteless. Very disappointed for the price. No reason for the inferior product as they were empty at the time and had plenty of employees. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Horrible communication. Purposely didn’t answer my 12 phone calls and was hung up on 5 times after just picking up the phone. I had trouble with an Uber order. I drive to pick up my order and half of my order was out of stock. After talking on the phone for 10 minutes, once they finally answered, they never told me they were out of my items until I drove 20 minutes to get my food. I would never recommend this place and won’t be back. Also after reading tons of 1 star reviews about Sue, the manager, and her staff over the years, it seems nothing has changed. She is still extremely rude and her employees still purposely don’t answer the phone and are rude. Seems nothing will change with this group. Have learned that to get our order correct, we need to go inside for dining in or takeout, and other than that, wife loves original sandwich, I get my usual ham and cheese sandwich, and the cinnamon rolls for dessert are absolutely wonderful, we will be going back when we are in the neighborhood... We have always loved Schlotzsky's sandwiches. But you have changed a bit. We decided to dine in today. Placed our order and used our debit card. Before we could even pay you ask us to tip. That's a bit weird. To tip on a service we had yet received. To my knowledge there was not a waitress/server in the entire restaurant. We walked in to your establishment and placed our order at the front of the restaurant. Made our own drinks even. However a lovely young lady did bring us our sandwiches. Literally had to wait thirty minutes for food with three others that was in front of us that received their food and was finished eating, including four vehicles in the drive thru received their food as well before us. I ask for a bag of trips to compensate our time and they refused. We was not disrespectful or disruptive. Treatment was not fair towards us as usual.
