Nice place for breakfast or lunch with AC and relaxed Western Coffee House music. An English Menu is available at the Counter. Dishes are on the Khmer side, so prepare for Noodle Soup for breakfast. No real vegetarian choice, though. The meat is rather authentic, meaning you may find glibberish parts in there. Good seasoning and topping options for noodle soup. Staff is very attentive.
