Gag... Gag. They literally reheated it in front of me. I had sbarro in Columbus 2 days ago for the first time and I absolutely loved it. This was nothing the same. Absolute garbage. Floppy, thick crust, undercooked pepperoni. Absolutely disgusting. I see why Sbarro gets so much hate now.

They have 3 employees just standing around while door dash irders are sone and bagged in front if them and they wont hand the order over. Its all the time unless the manager is working.
