Clean area. Quick response from the Sasol assistance. The shop has a types of snack and quick bites for a one stop shop. Petrol, diesel and gas available. Maser Security parks their enforcement vehicles there so it’s secure.
Love the service in this place. Service is great always _ especially the convenience store assistants, they all greet with a smile and always ask how you are, and are never lazy / tired to direct you to promotional items. These guys are amazing
Poor experience during recent unrests in Kzn. Was told by garage owner that pumps would open at 6am. I was there at 5h20am and 4th in the queue. Queue later grew to over 40 vehicles. No signage indicating whether they have stock, whether open or closed, change in trading hours, etc. Attendants and owner eventually only arrived at 10am. By this time numerous frustrated clients some who had been waiting for more than 4 hours. During the wait, shop staff could not give customers any proper updates or explanations on the reason and expected duration of the delays but indicated there was both diesel and petrol available when pumps open. Shop was also kept closed until the owner arrived. When I eventually reached the pump, I was told that there was no diesel. 5 hours wasted and all other service stations having built up long queues by this time.!! Very frustrating experience.
