I am a regular customer at Sasol Ifafi and have been for the past 15 years. But there is this rude manageress... I filled up 6 times in the past 2 months to give you an idea. 2 days ago I was helped by a new emplyee who was obviously not trained properly. He accidentally entered 4L instead of 45L and charged me only R100 on my company petrol card instead of the full amount.
Afterwards when they realized the mistake they decided to blame the customer. So they called my company and told them I paid R100 and told the attentand that I would come back and pay later but never did. So I stole the petrol...REALLY??? BOTH ATTENDEND AND MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!!! THAT IS DEFAMATION!!! IF you made a mistake just admit it, dont blame your customers. I will NEVER fill in at your station again!!
I was pleasantly surorised with the excellent service I received from Ifafi Service Station. In particular I want to commend Simon who helped me quickly and very friendly. Well done, keep the good service up!
On yesterday the 24 Aug 2022 my fiance stopped here around 03:00 and everyone including the staff behind the til was sleeping so had to go to the next gas staition that is almost out of harties near the highway..
Not at all happy with this ..
