Great customers service and always doing that extra bit like decorating there windows to keep clients up to date with seasonal holidays.
I travel a lot thus I Love filling my car here. Staff is always friendly and bathrooms very clean! They always have something good to snack on and to stop any craving after a long drive.
Love this garage... They have more parking for disabled clients than regular clients... Shop is well stocked and atm always has cash... Owners and staff are always friendly and welcoming... Keep up the good work 👍🏻
There is this ons petrol guy, who keeps harassing me, even though i always make myself clear that i am not interested. I don't have the persons name, or an image of him, so this message is for who ever is in charge of the petrol station in broederstroom. Keep an eye on you workers and speak to them to please stop harassing customers.
Easy to access. Toilets VERY clean. Staff friendly and on the ball.
Sasol Broederstroom has such amazing staff, always friendly and helpful. they always have a smile on their face when attending to you and try and go above and beyond. Their pies are the MOST AMAZING thing ever, perfect buttery flakey and always fresh. You will end up craving their pies it is so delicious. No place will ever be able to match their pies. Do yourself a favour and try one! Their food is always fresh and coffee hot and delicious. I make sure to only stop their for petrol, and when the craving hits a pie. Thank you Sasol Broederstroom you guys are amazing!
I went to the garage last Thursday - immediately after I left my car started having trouble. It could not excellerate and the car just died and stopped constantly. Upon closer inspection I was told that there was water in the fuel. Subsequently I have not been able to drive my car, attend meetings etc - I am stuck - we had to buy a liquid to pour into the fuel tank - nothing happened it stayed the same - it seems that we know have to replace the filter - all on my cost - after I filled my car at this petrol station. I have been phoning and leaving messages (as they do not answer the phone) and as off yet they have not returned my call. Horrible horrible service. We have been customers of them for nearly 15 years and this is how they treat a client. I am not planning to leave the matter as it is. This is ridiculous- why must I carry the cost and inconvenience because the fuel station filled my car with fuel that had water in. I want to warn clients about this fact and their complete lack of response. Be aware.
Very convenient namaaz area with wudhu area in the gazebo. Lovely area to stop for a quick picnic and salaah.
In the 3 minutes i was there, two people parked on tbe disabled parking. The first moved his car after I had to repremand him. The second was a contractoor who said he has been doing work for them and has been parking there for years. If I was in need of that parking it is my problem Well done to you guys for employing disabled contractors, even though he had no disability stickers on his vehicle nor needed assostance of any kind in getting around.
