Absolutely wonderful staff and amazing food! We came in bit late treating my father in law to dinner for his birthday while he's recovering from a stroke. All the staff were super kind and helpful. I highly reccomend Sarkys to all its a truly wonderful and family friendly restaurant!

Ordered burger w/ mushrooms .Burger was good.Roll --Was Old, falling apart, into Alot of pieces.Not fresh.Huve pile of Very overcooked French fries, nearly burned,no potato. Wonder if they need new cook? Waitress was pleasant.

We ordered the brisket quesadilla appetizer and the steak and cheese grinder and the smokehouse burger and the gravy fries and the Alfredo pasta they told us a hour our food was ready when we arrived and was absolutely delicious great sized portions of food definitely recommend and we will definitely be ordering again from here

We got the brisket dinner and sandwich, both were so fatty that we couldn't eat them. The "BBQ " on top was ok but nothing special. One waitress for the whole place.

Gave y'all's one star which is one star too many! They treat their employees like doggy poo threaten their ex employees on messenger. Never been there myself and I wouldn't but their food looks like something they found either in the dumpsters or under a cow patty. Probably use the leftover fish guts, eyeballs, and scales too boot🤢🤮🤢🤮

We had lunch at Sarkys. We ordered the loaded fries with BBQ pulled pork ($11). The portion was huge. Not only the fresh cut fries which are done perfectly but the amount of pulled pork was way more than I expected. The fries and pork were absolutely delicious. My friend had the Smokehouse burger ($16). This burger is piled high with brisket and house made onion rings. He enjoyed it. His only critique was it could’ve been a little hotter. I had the brisket sandwich which was good. The brisket was like butter. Melt in your mouth. My only critique was it also could’ve been warmer and my personal preference would be sans lettuce and tomato. We opted for salads instead of fries and they make homemade blue cheese dressing which is chunky and tasty.
People say its cold in there which is true of the main dining room. We sat in the bar area which was very warm and comfortable.
Overall the food was great. The value is great. We met the owner and talked about their journey in the restaurant business. Very nice lady who obviously works hard everyday. We will definitely go back. I want to try the wings and dunk them in that chunky blue cheese dressing. Its worth a visit. Thank You.

Waited over 2 hours just to not receive food or even a simple drink - I guess "tequila soda" is too complicated of a drink for them to be able to make. Sarky's loaded fries were a let down: burnt bland fries, unmelted pre-shredded cheese, barely cooked bacon, and frozen chicken tenders. Biggest let down was the brisket sandwich, which was extremely tough and definitely not slow- cooked or smoked; it had large grisly chunks of inedible fat and was quite bland. Only good thing I had was the bacon on top of the sandwich. At least that was cooked. Better off going to McDonald's if you want a hot dinner.
