I have eaten here on both my visits to Matagalpa and been very pleased both times. Very unassuming location on a quiet street. Most times you wouldn't realize anyone was there and then walk in to find it packed. The patio out back is really cozy and the food is good. Love the bruschetta! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

A very nice place to eat real Italian pizza. The pizzas are very delicious, very big, with thin crust, real italian style. Desert is also recommendable. The place is decorated lovely and the staff super friendly and helpful. When you visit Matagalpa, definitely swing by! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Decent pizza. We liked the one with pesto best. They were okay with making them without cheese for us. The place itself is lovely and the garden is beautiful. The staff are all really nice. Would recommend!

Excellent Italian food, served with joy by chef-owner in a cozy little restaurant in the middle of busy Matagalpa. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended. July 22nd, 2023 update: Unfortunately the food quality has diminished since I wrote my initial review. I ordered a Puttanesca pasta and it didn't have much flavor. The pasta was on the dry side and I couldn't taste the anchovies because there were hardly any. I hope this not-so-good review will be taken as constructive criticism to improve on the quality of the food and go back to being a great restaurant as it once was. Such a charming place! Taste is absolutely good and the prices were just right for the different dishes they offer. The decoration of the place makes you feel like home and there's even a children playing area. Service was fast and welcoming. You can also buy imported Italian wine here.

This place is amazing, not just because the food it is delicious for a fair price but because it has a staff full of joy and they are a very lovely family Mario an Nicholas are very loved in the city, I could not understand why in the beginning but after a couple of visits you can feel how they welcome you in to their restaurant, go there eat the cheese rabioly with tomato sauce and you will go back every day if you can. Excellent service.

Pandemic times may have made a dent on all restaurants business, this place is alive and recovering, you'll be glad to pay a visit or two. Recommended.
