Order was for Pick-up of about 4 different menu items. I requested pick-up time 35 mins after my call. Waited about 15 mins more in-store before order was ready . This was my first try from this location and my husband's Tamale Dinner did not compare favorably with that from our usual Santiago's location. The dining area looked clean but, looked rundown. There was 1 couple dining and 1 other pick-up order when I was waiting for mine. Time of visit was late afternoon. Sorry guys, I hear about Santiago's many times and great comments. Went today, and it was not a good experience: First, the dinner space needs some conditioning and some air-freshing. Second, coffee had no flavor or kick was just water. Ice tea had a weird taste as tap water. Had to purchase some bottle juices. Food had no flavor as authentic Mexican. Therefore, giving you a ⭐️⭐️ so far. Will give you one more time in a different location. Maybe this was the issue. I go to Santiagos all time usually this one is my go to but the last two times I've been here it has been horrible.the chili cheese fries were raw with no cheese and barely any chili....the breakfast burrito was gross I took it all the way home and was so mad I drove all the way back to return it.. surely not my favorite anymore.....staff is wonderful but need to fix good practices . So I was short like four dollars step aside to try to put some more money in my account. At that point a line of formed. It wasn’t that long and I went right back up told the guy we’re ready to pay the line was still long we literally waited till the last person on top of that they shorted us our sides, avocado Sour cream the only person that was nice was the one at the cash register. The two guys doing the cook seem like disgruntle, but having to wait like this was ridiculous and then to be shorted I paid good money I’ve never had a bad time at the Santiago‘s, but today was the worst they need to do, better customer service and the cooks need to be faster because they’re way too slow Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30

Still the best breakfast burritos in the city. Hot or mild or half and half. Wrapped in foil just right to munch on your way up the hill for a day of snow or to take home for a leisurely sit down with a cup of coffee. Went to grab a couple of steak burritos so i thought, they wanted 28 bucks. Ended up hettingvone for 14 dollars. Way to high for the quality of food it was dry not enough green chili on it at all. I love this location! I get breakfast burritos for my staff about once a month and order ahead since it is a large order. The burritos are always so delicious and a hit with my crew! The staff is very friendly and I am always greeted with a “good morning” when I walk in the door. When I’m just picking up for my family, I absolutely utilize the drive through. Service is always quick and friendly there too! One of these days, I’ll have to dine-in! I ordered 2 burritos 1 hand held, and a beef deluxe. As I was driving to work the hand held was mediocre hot in temp. I ate it. I went to eat the deluxe, the tortilla was hard and the smother was cold. The cheese hadn't even melted. I called and explained.
