This is so hit or miss. Sometimes you great a well cooked meal with great service, other times you'll get a well-done hockey puck or a raw hunk of meat. The staff can be extremely attentive or completely missing from your entire dining experience. We keep going back because my son keeps getting free meal cards from school. The bread and butter are divine though. I could fill up on that alone and day. And their soups are amazing and have always been consistent. There wasn't anything wrong with the dining experience here, but there wasn't anything exceptional either. Service was only moderately attentive, orders had mistakes, but all were eventually fixed. Had a business lunch here and was one of the better dining experiences I’ve had lately. Got the burger and fries lunch special. Service was prompt, order correct and fresh food. It’s been a while since trying this location. I ordered the 6os steak , rare , side salad and baked potato. My friend ordered the steak as well , Medium Rare. Another friend ordered the steak and chicken. We all enjoyed the food. Seasoning was spot on for all steaks. Waffle fries are yummy . Their honey mustard is so good with them. Only mark was cook temps were a tad off. Medium rare was more rare than my rare . No issues though , nothing we couldn’t fix. Oh and the cinnamon butter and warm bread is addicting! Finished work with a powerful craving for steak. A quick search and sifting through the usuals, decided to give this restaurant a try. Never been but the reviews were good, so off my eldest son and I went. The staff was super nice, friendly and all smiles. I got a XX and lemme tell ya, it was perfect temp and a juicy lime prompted on top. We started with the chips trio and I got the NYS steak. The boy ordered a burger. The sides were every bit as enjoyable as the cold beer. I are those first because the steak looked sensational. It definitely was, perfectly cooked, slight crust, perfect center, trimmed, and the grill marks of a true professional say the grill. Super happy with the meal and very glad we choose this establishment. We've seen good reviews so we wanted to try this place, but every time we tried, there was a long wait. Today we were able to try it at a non peak time, so we went around 4pm. They seated us quickly, and the server was friendly and prompt. The rolls and cinnamon butter are good. We shared a ribeye and added an extra baked potato, and we ordered the steak medium. The steak was cooked closer to medium well... There were very few bites that were pink, but a decent amount were overcooked and somewhat dry. The loaded potatoes had plenty of condiments, which isn't always the case at some places. Overall, it was a decent meal at a good price, but we weren't blown away.

Overall the food and service was really good. There were multiple appetizers that they were out of, they couldn't make club sandwiches, and thought they were out of fries (but found some?) We were told they had been slammed, so willing to give the benefit of the doubt. We had a well rounded selection off the menu and everyone said their meals were good.
