Salad with shrimps was simply gorgeous and full-filling! Buns with cinnamon and cardamom were very tasty too. Garden behind the building is really unique. It is a place with history, good food and nice service :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A very lovely place for coffee. We didn't try any food but we had two lattes, one with caramel. Tasted very good, and the atmosphere is fantastic! Lovely scenario by the ruins and under open sky. I highly recommend this place. Felt very relaxing sitting there. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 1–100 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Fantastic!!! The cardamom buns reminded me of my Finish grandmas!! Cappuccino was spot on and kudos for a fresh sandwich. A beautiful spot to take it all in as well. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ate lunch here. My wife had already wanted to eat here once, but hadn't been convinced by the plates in the display window, and apparently the restaurant that was once popular with the locals has become nothing but a place for tourists since the change of owners, with the locals no longer going there (which is a sign). But today, I was the one who really wanted to enjoy this truly unique garden! We had a Marguerita pizza, goat's cheese salad and Köttbullar. The salad was pretty (all the salads in the display window were well-stocked, generous and with interesting products (quinoa, beet purée, etc...)) but once faced with it, it must have stayed too long in the window: the salad was dry and wilted. And the whole thing was dry (with no salad dressing or vinaigrette). Warning for allergy sufferers: the goat's cheese was high in histamine (I had to pay the price!). The Köttbullar plate was simple (which is what you'd expect). But the industrial meatballs were disgraceful! My wife almost told the staff she wouldn't pay for it! It didn't look like Köttbullar on the outside, and the inside was... how can I put this... like a meat substitute, a sort of mass with egg white, the taste and texture were horrible! My children, who are used to eating it and love it, couldn't finish! (by the way, I don't know if they've changed supplier, but they didn't look any of the other photos of Köttbullar that can be seen on other reviews of this restaurant...). In short, this was clearly the worst. In the end, the Marguerita pizza, which was very simple and nothing extraordinary, turned out to be the best dish, which is an understatement! The coffee was very good. And the garden in the middle of these ruins is exceptional! It's a shame to capitalize only on it! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I drank the capuccino and hot chocolate, both very good. The place is quite large, both inside and outside which is in a beautiful garden among the ruins of the castle that existed here in the Middle Ages. In the garden there are some beautiful apple trees laden with fruit. Fast and friendly service.

We ordered a pizza for four people and some dessert. It is enough for a lunch and costs only 400+. Very beautiful space. You can seat in the ruins and sunlight. Worth for a try. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This is the best hidden gem in Visby. Granted, not so hidden but we happened to stumble upon it by accident. Beautiful garden cafe inside 11th century church ruins. Prices are steep but the cakes, coffees, and lunches are nice.

This restaurant has a beautiful outdoor space in back with tons of outdoor seating among ancient ruins and greenery. We loved the saffron pancakes and lunch menu but the best part was the beautiful surroundings.
Cozy place in a unique setting. Don't miss visiting here if you're stopping by, because having coffee here is an experience! Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person kr 1–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
