Very cozy café. Lovely service, feels like you are in your own home asking for some fika. Coffee was good and made by a barista as expected. Sandwiches were fresh and delicious although the cheese could be of a sharper variery. The pastries were very good. I could taste the real butter and other fresh ingredients. The biggest advantage of this place is that they open very early (7 on weekdays, 8 on weekends). It still feels somewhat unfinished despite having been open for more than a year. There's no menu for the food and no labels on any items in the display, making the pricing anyone's guess. The coffee is not great but the pastries are good. Do be aware that there is no toilet for customers here.

Overall it is a nice bakery, with fresh stuff and a good variety. It is also a proper branch of the original bakery in Sandby, in more ways than one. Opening hours are somewhat odd, service is somewhat slow, and the interior is copied from Soviet shops of 80ies. They've also got the concept of the croissant somewhat wrong, but they're not the only ones. It is still a good bakery - well, the only one in the ~2km radius.

Very close to Solbjer tram station. Has a good collection of breads and icecreams. Ideal for fika ☕
