We stayed down the street and really enjoyed a few stops here for lunch. Drinks served until sunset. We were lucky enough to be there on the monthly trivia night when they do serve dinner and had the best time. We were the only ones there who were not local but everyone was super nice and we felt right at home. Highly recommend, even if only for a drink to enjoy the laid back atmosphere and beautiful views.

We loved this cool little restaurant on our visit to Grand Turk during our Carnival cruise. You just can’t beat the view, beautiful. The food and service were awesome, full liquor bar as well. This place is super close to the port and if your looking for a good bite, good food, and a truly stunning view then this is the best spot we found on the island. I highly recommend a stop here if your exploring the island.
Favorite place on the island for lunch! Conch is amazing, view is awesome. Fun place to be and meet locals if they’re hosting a quiz night.

This is a very popular place to eat on the island, so plan to arrive right at noon or soon after to get a seat or to order takeout. Seating is limited. Two times we were told an hour before the end of lunch serving time that they were not taking additional orders. They only take cash, so be prepared. The adjacent beach is perfect and the views are spectacular. The food is always tasty.

Opens promptly at noon. Well built patio with small beach area open for sitting and swimming. Employee was very nice and attentive. Shrimp and avocado salad was better than expected, beer was very cold. View from the elevated water front property is incredible from most seats.
Toursist and local traffic on the road can be frequent and a bit noisy and is very close. Parking extends along the road, and there is a larger area just past the beach. The road is one way seemingly all the way down, though Google Maps doesn't realize it.
During our visit, guests from the Manta House across the street had taken up the stone lounging area and were blasting their (non-Island) music until well after open, had their own drinks, and never ordered anything. The employees eventually won out with their own radio but did not chase them off the customer area.

The Sand Bar came highly recommended to us in our trip to Grand Turk and we were not disappointed.
The location is right by the beach off of Duke Street. It has an amazing view and very chill atmosphere. In fact, one of the owners, Tanya, said she doesn't advertise the place to the millions of cruise tourists who visit the island. This is to keep the authentic chill vibe the locals and on island visitors have come to appreciate.
The food here is fresh and generous. It is also fairly priced compared to to the many hotel restaurants in the surrounding area. The tab for 4 of us with drinks, appetizers and main dish came to about $80.
I would definitely stop and check this place out if you are looking to experience the island vibe of Grand Turks!
Stopped here SO many times on our trip. The service, the drinks, the view, the people, all are beyond excellent!

The waitress wasn’t the best, but the food and friendliness of the proprietor more than made up for it

The Sandbar is just the place to stop if you're visiting Grand Turk for the day. We popped over on the 8:30 am Inter-Caribbean flight, did some snorkeling with Blue Water Divers and then hit Sandbar for lunch. Our waitress was not very friendly - at first - but after taking our order she seemed to turn a corner and came over to sit with us and talked for a while...very nice! It was Saturday for lunch and we had the place all to ourselves. The menu fits on a small chalk board so don't expect a huge selection - it's bar food. My hamburger was boiled but damn did it taste so good after being on the water that morning!
