Great food, fast service, and a lovely atmosphere. The music is loud enough to hear but not so loud it makes it hard to hear your meal mates. It lends itself to a nice, relaxing time at lunch or dinner with friends. I recommend the Mole! Reminds me of the stuff one of my tias (aunt) used to make me when we'd visit! The plato Colorado was also delicious. I haven't had anything bad there! Try it all, come back and try something new! You'll enjoy it. We had the special. And fried ice cream. We waited to be seated quite some time. It was 4:30p they were not busy. He forgot to tell the waitress. We waited 20min more before I got up and got someone. They don't have traditional sauce unless you ask, they have chunky Salsa. Waitress forgot my tea (she was nice). Don't remember if I was billed for it or not. Food was good. I asked for a To-go, would have paid extra for some side cups and maybe some chips, but forgot to ask. Wasn't provided or offered. 3 stars because I felt they could have done something to retain comeback loyalty. So I'll find a new spot. Decent food, priced competitive. Had a power outage at home, so we ventured here for some great food. The dining room was packed, the food was amazing, and the service was on point!! Pork Verde plate was great. Server had too many tables but was solid. The cherry infused tequila marg is good if you like sweet! The salads looked pretty weak. A bit scary when you drive up to this very low key strip mall mostly empty, then you walk into this lively joint and it's a 180 from the world outside! We are from out of town and never been here before but it's now at the top of our return-to list. 3.9 | food is decent but not going to blow your mind, although select items are really good like the fresh horchata. Service can be a bit slow on Fridays when they are packed at prime hours (6ish), but overall a pretty decent spot for Mexican food in Carson. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The food here was excellent! Service was very prompt. Instead of having a waiter that takes care you, multiple people come up to check if you have been taken care of. I was surprised at just how delicious my enchiladas with carnitas was, outstanding! It is much larger inside than it looks from the outside, we didn't have to wait for a table.
