I took an advance cake decorating class at Sammie's Sweetz place and it was a enjoyable experience. She has patience, and took her time to explain and demonstrated different techniques. I was given the freedom to choose which colors, designs, and also to arrange the flowers for the 2-tier cake. Her cake was soft and moist, not too sweet but dense enough for a sweet treat. I would recommend her classes to anyone for learning or relearning their basic decorating skills or her workshops. No complaints :)

Sammie taught me wife how to decorate a cake and how to use special tools. We all had sooo much fun. I enjoyed seeing my wife happily doing what she loves....I would recommend the class.

I absolutely love everything about this company. The owner’s attitude is very welcoming, pleasant, beautiful inside and out. Great and quick communication, great turn around time & very delicious food, can taste the care she puts into it! Ordered multiple times (at least 3) and every time I want something sweet I think of this place. Highly recommend!
