If you're open until 7:00 you should serve food until 7:00. I got there at 6:00 to pick up some pizza for dinner. The ovens were turned off and there were just selling a few pretzels that were left. This has happened numerous times and they were turning many people away who were looking for dinner. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Customer service is worst I have seen in town. Associates don't know how to smile, probably because they are always short handed. I went to buy a box of mozzarella cheese (which is really good), bud I was told I needed to order in advance. So I did. Then when I showed up to pick it up, they didn't find the bar code, so they figured a ton of excuses to avoid selling it to me. I wasted two hours trying to get it, but despite it's advertised in the website they just denied the sell to me.
