We arrived at 4:30 with a party of 9 (30 minutes after opening) to be denied seating due to later reservations. Also denied to be seated as a party of 4 and 5 separately. Very poor service and management to not be able to seat guests even split into 2 parties. Very rude and unprofessional in addressing my family member. We were told that to get seated on Saturdays, you would have to have a reservation which from experience here with a party of 6 on multiple Saturdays is not true.
The restaurant looks really nice but that’s about where it stops. It took an hour to get food, and no one’s steak was actually cooked right. Ordered mine as a medium-well and I was amazed it wasn’t still breathing, it was so rare. The potatoes were ice cold and the grilled shrimp was barely warm.
I really thought some of these reviews were going to be wrong since we’d heard such good things about this place when it opened. Sad to say it was a major disappointment and we would never return. Not to mention, they ran our card twice, and we had to flag someone down for an explanation. Service was rough and it looked really short staffed.

My family and I️ were sitting down having dinner when out of the back/kitchen a crew of workers with dress clothes on (not restaurant workers) came with Sage, waving it all over the place while everyone was eating. I️ immediately asked what was going on because that is not ok at all!!! Me and my family will NOT BE BACK!!

Here on business for a week and have eaten here every night. Was told they had issues at opening, but everything is certainly worked out now. That's the only explanation that I can think of for why the rating is low. Steak was perfect! Cut, cook and seasoning. Currently eating the chicken Caesar salad again... Amazing... Dressing is the real deal! Jalapeños popper stuffed shrimp is stupid good. Bar is fun and full of fellow road warriors. Staff is stellar even when dealing with a local who wasn't happy with an upcharge for "loaded" mashed potatoes. Price is actually cheap for a steak house of this quality...but it is a steak house. Dont think you are walking out for $20. Lastly but most importantly... the friggin' carrot cake. I have never had one better (I've been around). The cheesecake is legit as well.

Ribeye Steak Dinner
Went to have dinner here tonight, special occasion. Was sat pretty quickly. Server came we ordered drinks. Limited drinks because of water issue. Was served a warm bottle of Aquafina water, had to ask 3 different people for a glass if I've. Finally got that, waited another 10 minutes for lemons. Finally after about 30 minutes got to place an order...no they were not that busy...ordered a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. Server came back and said burgers are frozen and out of baked potatoes. Thought this was a steak house...frozen burgers and no potatoes on a sat night at 630 p.m.? Whatever ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with fried. Watched as other tables sat after us enjoyed the steaks. One table was already paying that walked in after us, different server. Finally an hour and a half goes by and we walk out. Still no food, no server. Asked for a manager, never saw one. This was my 6th time here and never had a horrible issue such as this time. Will not be back and would not reccommend!!!!
