First and last time trying Salerno's. I called in a pick up order. The person taking my phone order acted like I was inconveniencing her. The staff wasn't friendly and the atmosphere was odd and not warm - it's mostly a bar, but it's very bright in there. Just strange. It's also really unclear where to go to pick up your order. You have to find a spot at the bar. Also, nobody in my family liked their food, but the lasagna was ok. Cheesecake lacked flavor and was still frozen. The service was slow but not due to the workers. More due to management not properly staffing the establishment. The bartender/waitress deserved some large tips for handling the plus 30 people in there today. I just went in to pick up three pizzas and had to patiently wait to be served. But she had an almost full bar and another 15 people at tables. Food was good but it seems management is lacking. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Food amazing as always, but the serious highlight of our visit was the waitress Katie. She was so busy being the only server on horse track day, but she did phenomenal and has such a great attitude and personality. She's amazing!!!
