Walking up it looks like a cell phone store- bare, lacks decor. The assembly line is like your typical Subday, Chipolte ect. You get a lot of lettuce and only 1 small scoop of every item. For the large salad it was $10, but to add protein it was an additional $4. For the price, it wasn't worth it, unless you got more of cheese, veggies or egg ect. Salata is buffet style. It's really nice. I love going to this place and go quite a bit :) I usually get the large bowl and I have them fill it with a lot of different fruits and veggies and for the protein I do chicken.
