Great customer service at this location! I went in around 7:30 at night and they were sold out of cheese pizza slices. Being a vegetarian, I couldn't eat any of the other pizzas. The manager named Fred was very accommodating and made me new cheese slices quickly. Was much appreciated ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Bought an extra large 19 inch pizza, thought I would have large slices like they advertise. Didn't happen. Pizza was half pepperoni and half meatball. Though it was actually 1 topping was charged for 2 toppings. The other place I go to doesn't charge for 2 toppings. Sal"s is just another pizza place with higher prices. I'll stick with my pizza place, at least I get what's advertised. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3

Enjoyed a chicken and broccoli calazone. It came with a cup of tasty marinara sauce. I left out the ricotta cheese, and the broccoli was chopped. The grilled chicken had a nice seasoning on it. Employees were nice. They brought the calazone to the table. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
Pizza use to be great just like all the places Now everything is cheap bland and overpriced I don’t even blame the workers I blame the guy on the box Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Pizza
Ordered a large antipasto salad, two small pizzas and a whoopie pie. They sent me a regular garden salad, no meats no cheese and only 1 dressing. The lettuce and other veggies were brown and gooey, inedible. Called to let them know, before I could even explain they already knew why I was calling. They said they don’t offer antipasto salads anymore, don’t know why it’s still on their menu and they told me the best they can do is refund me the difference. Pizzas were good but are the size of personal pizzas not a “small”. Also the whoopie pie was moldy and expired. Will continue going to Sals in Chelmsford but not Billerica. I've been disappointed with Sals in Billerica before but I want to like it because it's so close to me. I loved Sals when they first opened but after the remodel the food is awful. Tonight I tried again.. I ordered a veggie pizza. I brought it home without looking at it. It was literally dough and a bunch of veggies on top of it. No sauce no cheese. Burnt crust burnt spinach. I called and the woman at the front said I'll let you talk to the manager. The manager ( who was also the cook) said he had only been working there less than 2 weeks and had never made a veggie before. He didn't realize it needed sauce and cheese. He offered to make me another one. When I drove back I returned the first pizza and asked the young girl at the counter if the cook was really her manager. She said I really don't know what he is. I have no idea. The new pizza had very light sauce light cheese on the bottom and burnt vegetables and crust. I brought it home and my husband had left for milanos to get a veggie pizza. Sals in Billerica still is awful. Too bad Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
Food was good. Pizza slice is a quarter of a pizza, so be hungry. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. I had not been there since the remodel. Place looks nice, but seems a little worn for how new it is. Prices were good. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I order pizza for my family online like I've done before. Get the pizza home and it was burnt , hard gross. I call the so called manager AKA cook and tell him he offers to replace the pizzas but I'm not near this sals location. And I didn't want the pizza's replaced. I wanted to put in a complaint. Maybe get a credit towards something else another time. Oh no. Not this jerk he tells me next time I order to make sure I hit lightly cooked. Then I thought about it called back and asked him you insinuating that I was in the wrong He says no but the way he said it sounded like. No resolution, no common decency no commn courtesy. No customer service. Oh and he did also there 8s No corporate number to complain WRONG!!! Price per person $30–50

The new location is really clean and really shiny. I always am happy with the pizza I get here. Currently eating a 16in. BBQ Chicken pizza with extra cheese and extra bbq sauce. Am super happy with it and will have leftovers for two days. Very family-oriented location as well. I see lots of groups and parties (birthday, sports, etc.) here. Workers seem really friendly. Guy who made my pizza this time was awesome.

Sal's is the best pizza in the neighborhood. In fact, I stopped going to any place but Sal's years ago. Their pizza is amazing and they've started serving sandwiches at this location now too. My favorite time is lunch, there are so many slices to choose from it's almost impossible walk out with only one. They've even got you covered for desert with homemade pastries, cupcakes, canoli's and cookies. Stop in, you won't be disappointed.
