Worst dining experience, unprofessional and incompetent staff and management.
I have traveled all over the world and dine in all classes of restaurants from medium to high end. This is the first time in my life that I have had to discredit a food establishment for a lack of competency by management and staff. I travel from San Juan to Salinas with my family to include my 91 year old Mother and 93 year old Aunt, total of eleven of us. We arrived at 5:20 p.m., the waitress came over to the table and introduced herself 10 minutes after we sat down. Provided one menu and said to check pricing on the Facebook page for the restaurant. We got the drinks by 5:50pm, order an assortment of appetizers which we got by 6:20pm. Dinner order was placed at 6:10pm, around 7:00pm we started asking for our food and notice other tables have been served and customers have even left some tables and new ones have been serve. Waitress started bringing dinner out at 7:30 p.m., one plate at time, several of the family members asked for a manager who supposedly was in the kitchen and tried to excuse himself for the tardiness. When dishes came out, several were returned back to the kitchen. Very bad preparation of fish, soggy, meat tasted like it been fried on fish oil. Two family members never got their food they order. After we complained to management, they had a waiter and someone acting like security watching us, making sure we would pay for the food we consumed. Which we were going to pay either way. They were just trying to intimidate. Almost three hours, for the worst dining experience ever received by a food establishment. This is the type of establishment that should be closed down and don't deserve to be open for business. No apology what so ever by management.

We ended up in this little town in between lunch and dinner and they happily served our group of 4. The waitress spoke zero English, which made the experience feel authentic and real to us. Between my limited Spanish and google translate we were able to communicate enough. Huge kudos to the waitress for accommodating our needs and trying her best to serve us given the language barrier. Delicious food, gorgeous atmosphere and friendly staff.
Horrible experience. Zero stars if possible.
Highlights:
Unorganized service.
Insanely long wait time after ordering.
Unapologetic staff.
Terrible food.
Filthy restrooms with no soap.

Where do I begin, I am not from here, was staying at the hotel next door, I just went today to grab soup with the family, ordered at 9pm, we got the food at 11pm, the rest of my family got sick of waiting and left at 10:40pm. I waited 2 hrs for the food!!! Never again! Luckily the waitresses were super nice. To top it off, at 11 we got up to leave, we were about to pay and they told us the soups were ready so we stayed. I ate a quarter of the soup and half the mofongo side, couldn’t eat as I was so aggravated. We get the check and not even a discount, they charged us for the full bill, $101 with the 3 drinks we had. Absolute insanity.
Cozy Beautiful place by the water. Great service ! Prices are good and excellent flavored food. Romantic atmosphere! And if you are planning to stay longer dress-up comfortable like you are going to the beach, wear sandals, shorts and a shirt cause high tide might ruin your shoes. Sunday Nights Kareoke for those who likes to have fun singing. 😁 My server was an Amazing young guy name Israel. Service was excellent. Thank you!
I will recommend this place ! ⭐⭐⭐

Best food in Puerto Rico thus far with amazing sunsets and giant groupers swimming next to you Picture is how the dutch evaluate food: nothing left of the fish tacos and the shrimp tempura -presumably starters but a full meal for most of us ;)
We had an excellent meal and the waitress was top-notch. We were super happy with our evening until time to pay. Rather than paying at the table, they make the guests get in a long line to pay at the bar. Waiting would have been a lot less miserable if the register employee had just taken everyone in turn, instead she made the paying customers wait while she gave preference to her friends who cut in line. When I finally got to the front and asked her about it she just shrugged. A really frustrating end to an otherwise excellent evening.
