Excellent service and the food was delicious...restaurant quality.our waiter Nhlanhla which provided service of excellence.got our order correct first time and was so helpful.compliments to the chef🤤

Have been a Saki fan for years man. It’s always our last stop before we go home.
So yesterday after we had a dinner party elsewhere, we went to Saki for 2 rounds of drinks (we obviously had more rounds of drinks), and which was fine. The problem started when we got our last rounds, we’d order and we’d see it on the screen and pay. But we’d have to wait for our drinks and on the receipts by the barman it only show 3 drinks per time and the savanna didn’t show. The barman sort of accused me of lying and I kept on defending myself and that we had paid for it until I just gave up (mind you I was the designated driver and had been explaining to him that I am very sober and obviously he gave me that look 👀 🥵). The waiter later brought the drink to our table and apologized and that’s when I was just a bit over them.
Okay, then the last round of drinks, we had 4 shots, Hennessy, a jug of beer and tequila shots (which apparently didn’t show on the barman’s slip), again I had to fight for my last 2 shots and again was accused of lying. The manager came through and was not of assistance (shook his head and threw his hands hands on the air and walked away).
I was told to look around for the waitress again to come sort it out (had to run around like a headless chicken cos she was nowhere to be found), 5 hours later she comes and clears the matter with the barman and the manager (who later apologized) and gave us our tequila shots (but he made it feel like it was a favor but we paid for it 🥵). He didn’t give us salt or lemon and just gave us tequilas as they are. So now my friends came and fought for me because now I was made to look like a fool 😥
They definitely ruined my fiancé’s birthday 🥵😥.

The menu has a lot of discrepancies, things are listed but are unavailable. The manager was very unfriendly and out of touch. Didn’t even check up on his clients. Had a great waiter though who explained everything calmly to us ❤️.

This place it's so nice, during the day you can Go and chill with your family,they selling nice foods, and during the night it's when you can go and pop bottles,it's quality is hi ..the way it looks during day it's best but also during the night it's bestest...

Been going to Saki for the past 5 years no issues experienced, got there on a monday afternoon!!!!! Only to be victimized because we were indians, Saki is no longer for everybody the bouncers are racist, the people that we came across were racist. Its like we were bullied for speaking the truth and what was right, unfortunately the bouncer did not even listen to us and through us out pathetic behavior!!!! I will never step into this place again or recommend anyone to go there anymore!!! Disgusting behavior!!!!!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food was so good! And the prices are really good. I took my girlfriend for a quick lunch and we had an awesome time.

Been to this establishment a number of times, but my last visit tops it, great service from our waiter Slim Shady, attentive and super friendly. Definitely requesting him on my next visit
