I was missing some of tastes from what I consider home today & decided to give Saiko a try. Since it was a new hibachi place to me, I went with the steak hibachi because if you can't get that right then I don't trust the rest of the menu. That said, I can't wait to work my way through their menu. The fried rice & steak tastes excellent & the portion size is huge, enough for lunch & supper without going hungry. This is a food truck permanently in place. The service and food are great, but there obviously is no atmosphere. They give huge portions. One entree with veggies and rice will last me through at least three meals.
