Food was okay. Not very super . The service was not good. The older lady was having an attitude when she spoke with me? But l still left her more than 20%tips . Just. She should do better job. Stay home being boss not doing a service. Food: 3 Service: 2

So glad we found this place. We have CRAVING some bomb pho and Chinese food and this completely delivered. Highly recommend the egg rolls. We were a party of six, got seated right away, and enjoyed super friendly service. Our order was Orange Chicken, Sweet and Sour soup, pot stickers, egg rolls, chicken low mein, pork chops and tons of rice and every one of us loved our meals. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Shrimp Fresh Spring Rolls
I loved it, may be my new place for Chinese. I have gotten Pad Thai at many places but they never had sauce in it. This one had a mild sweet sauce, kind of like the one you put on egg rolls. The Rangoon looked overcooked but were actually delish that way and the rice was very tasty.

I did not enjoy my food at all. It tasted like it was made using frozen vegetables, instead of fresh. Also a very bland taste and kind of … slimy. I usually love Pad Thai. I tried some other dishes at the table and they were not any better. My husband did like his Pho but it was very light on toppings and meat. Service- no refills on drinks, couldn’t get their attention. No one greeted us when we came in. They were doing their best but need another person probably. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
Had for a neighborhood ladies lunch. Ordered off lunch menu for delivery. Had 10-12 ladies who attended and ordered their favorite dishes but very few who enjoyed their food. Not a success. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4
I FINALY tried this place and did not know that it was the same Panda Restaurant that I used to love and eat at that was a DIFFERANT building that was tore down and O’Reileys is now there. I will absolutely order from there more often as all I’ve what we ordered was very delicious (except the crab ragoons need to be a little more sweet with more filling) otherwise quality, quantity and taste is a 5 out of 5!!!!! Also very close to my home and they also deliver so you don’t have to go out in the cold. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Recommended dishes Spicy Chicken

I haven't been to Saigon Panda for a while... so I decided to go there for lunch today. I was NOT disappointed. It was delicious!!! Mmmm!!! Everything tasted great. Fresh ingredients, great presentation, and large portions. You can never complain about not getting enough food. They have friendly service, incredible food, and they are fast! Great place to go if you need a quick lunch. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Recommended dishes Shrimp Fresh Spring Rolls
We took a chance on this restaurant and it turned out OK. The service was good and then everything else was meh. We did enjoy the crab rangoon it was hot and crispy. The spring rolls were generously filled but were near flavorless with the exception of the shrimp taste no cilantro and/or mint. The sweet and sour chicken we ordered was a bright pinkish red sauce that was only sweet and not sour. The fried rice was hard and not flavorful like others have said. The other dish we ordered was Bun (vermicelli noodles) with steak. The steak was cut into big rectangular pieces and it had tons of fat and gristle. I would not recommend getting the steak. Otherwise the bowl of noodles mixed together with the fresh veggies and sauces on the table was ok. I can say in all honesty I will not venture back to this restaurant. Maybe there is a trick or a particular dish that regulars are ordering but I did not hit any winners. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
