The gentleman who waited on us was friendly, personable, and all around knowledgeable about his products. He explained his awesome ginger tea how it's made. I got the beef pho with extra onions and beef and my bf got the seafood pho. Excellently made. We also got 2 orders of spring rolls and it was fantastic! This place is wonderful!! The owner is very friendly and most items on the menu can be made vegan! Veggies always taste super fresh and cooked perfectly. I got the Vietnamese Fried Rice with tofu and ate the whole plate (ohh by the way, their servings are quite generous). Great Vietnamese food! We had the spring rolls (shrimp), papaya salad (shrimp), pad Thai (beef) and the vermicelli noodles (pork). Generous portions, friendly owner/staff, fresh food and fair prices.
