The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, guiding us through their diverse menu and suggesting must-try dishes. Muc Rang Muoi - Fried Calamari
This place is phenomenal!! I ordered Thai basil chicken (pictured), the rest of my group ordered pad Thai (perfectly balanced flavor), lemon pepper chicken (perfectly seasoned and fried) and pan noodles with chicken, beef and shrimp (the best dish there!) all the meats were cooked perfectly, never overdone. The dishes weren’t drowning in heavy sauce like other places. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of crisp and snap like a fresh vegetable should have. The portions were huge and the food was VERY cheap considering! Service was very nice fast! This is my new favorite Asian restaurant!

Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The sweet and sour catfish soup was amazing and great. It’s on the sweeter side but you can adjust by adding fish sauce to it.

One of the place to eat Pho and Duck, I try Duck before and it was to strong in flavor I didnt like it that much. But here at Saigon 512 the Duck was amazing, and the Pho so delicious, planty food I couldnt finish my plate, absolutely I will come back I highly recomend this place

Such a gem.
Great hard to find Vietnamese specialties.
The Vietnamese crepe (I can't remember the actual name) is particularly fantastic.
But honestly,just try a bunch of stuff.
I'd go here at least once a week if I was closer but it's still worth the 20-30 minute drive if you're out of the way.
