My daughter and I are came here for lunch while in Philly vacationing. From the time we entered until we left we received excellent service. The food was delicious! We ate hummus with ground lamb, grape leaves stuffed with rice, fried cauliflower and chicken, beef and lamb kabobs. Went out for lunch with coworkers numerous times. The atmosphere is always great here, servers are super friendly and always welcoming. The food is amazing as well. It was so good! I had the lamb kebob with veggies, hummus, baba ghanouj, and iced tea that tastes like it's brewed with mint and maybe other aromatics. It was delicious! Its a small place. The owner said the food is Halal. We got hummus, chicken shawarma wrap, and chicken taouk wrap. All were very delicious and flavorful. We went there Christmas Eve for dinner and we were not disappointed! I ordered the Moussaka and it was so flavorful and incredible! I would highly recommend. I have been eating here for over 10 years and am always glad I keep coming back. Consistently good food. I don't eat meat anymore but when I did their Shawarma was excellent. Falafel, hummus is always good!! Reservations not needed so it is always a great option when looking for Mediterranean food. Had the chicken shawarma platter which came with a salad and pita bread. It was delicious. The service was a bit slow despite our mentioning that we were rushing to make a show. One person handling the service and focusing on catching up with the individual picking up takeout. They also need better signage about the extra charge for credit card payments or inform customers when they present a credit card. But the food was good and the prices reasonable for the portions.
