Cool space with tons of natural light and sun in the morning. You can see the open concept bakery in the back and the ordering flow is easy to follow. There's plenty parking and even a bike rack for 2 or 3 bikes in front of the building.
Ham and cheddar strata was great. Satiating, cheesy, and plenty of ham sprinkled on top. Only critique here is it could've used a little more salt, but that's down to personal preference.
Latte was decent, not over the top amazing, but it was certainly good enough to be a daily drink.
Prices were right relative to the area and for the food quality and portions.
I'll be back to try the massive cinnamon rolls I saw in the display case.

Have had my breakfast and coffee the past two mornings and will continue everyday they are open. The biscuit sandwichs are delicious. The staff is super friendly and pleasant to talk to as well as the patrons.
