The best coffee I've had in LP, complete with friendly service and good vibes. I swear their coffee beans are magical - bought a bag to bring home and only wish I had gotten more! If I lived in LP, I would come here every day without fail. Love that they have non-dairy milk alternatives.
Perfect coffee. Tried other coffees in town but always ended up coming back to Saffron. They roast the beans in the store and you can smell it while you drink your coffee. The employee responsible for roasting the coffee looks like a scientist, making measurements, analyzing the coffee, etc. It translates into a perfectly balanced coffee. Service and ambience are just the cherry on the top. Desserts are also insanely tasty, at least the ones I tried (banana bread and cheese cake brownie). If you like good coffee, you should give Saffron a try! Oh, they also have vegetable milk options!

Great cafe that East’s their own beans. I’ve tried a few of the other western brunch options and this is by far the best. I always get the bacon and egg bagel which I believe is made with local ingredients/grains and the coffee is great.
The service is also much quicker than some other places and the view across the road overlooking the Mekong is great!

Big plus for serving pour-over coffee. However, it’s good but not great. Point off for carrot cake that looks impressive but doesn’t taste too good. The frosting is fine but the cake itself was a bit dry. Setting-wise, quite a bit of fumes from all the traffic in front.

Great coffee. Great food. Great location. What else could you ask for? It’s right across the river and there’s seating on the river. They have oat milk and iced coffee too. I recommend trying the Fritatta Ham. A delicious omelette type pie that is great for breakfast. Excellent.

A wonderful place with awesome coffee and food and excellent service. The view from the outdoor seating place is amazing. A perfect place to have breakfast or snack. The pancakes are very tasty, and the serving is huge.

This was my favorite cafe while I was in Luang Prabang. There are multiple seating options inside or outside. If inside, there is WiFi and there is a handful of power outlets available if you are lucky. Otherwise, the outside seating is quite nice too, especially if you get a seat directly at the counter that overlooks the river. Coffee-wise, the cold brew was amazing and the quantity was so generousthat I could refill my glass 3 times before finishing the entire bottle.

Excellent coffee. Carrot was delicious as they said. The cream was perfect. Situated next to Nam Khan River, you can feel the tranquility of nature and the charming of this city. Truly a treasure. I spent close to three hours here just to sip coffee and write. People were getting in and out proven how this place is a must visit for a good cup of coffee.

Visited this place three times for brekky. Sourdough cheese toastie is nice which is why I kept returning. Everything else is subpar. The hash brown is pathetic and served semi-cooked/luke warm. So are the chicken pieces. Quite overpriced too. They take around 20-30 mins to serve you. Noisy inside due to coffee machine whirring every 5 mins.
