For usual bakery items the Safeway Bakery is fine - reasonable stock of the usual things and staples. I would absolutely NOT recommend ordering a cake or any of the special items. In other words, if it's not on display do not order it. The cake we ordered was so bad it was almost funny (except we had to serve to people who wanted to eat it...so not funny). The decoration was horrid - and we didn't even order anything other than writing. The writing looked like a child did it, and it wasnt centered. That would have been ok, it was a sheet cake so we could just see it and not let anyone see it. But the cake was dry and tasted stale. It was overall really bad.
