I ordered my wedding cake and cupcakes and gave fairly specific instructions and I even received a call the morning of to confirm the details and the instructions I arrived and the frosting was incorrect and they completely forgot to add the white chocolate shavings around the side that I had requested I did ask them to fix that in the moment I was fine with the frosting I didn't really care that much I can fix it myself but I did ask them to fix the white chocolate shavings that were supposed to be on the side The woman that I spoke to said that she forgot which I understand and offered to fix it in the moment I watched her take out the bin of white chocolate shavings shake it up and pick out the largest of the pieces and put like one to one and a half inch chunks of white chocolate in a single line around the base of the cake instead of putting white chocolate shavings up around the sides of the cake which I think is fairly clear instructions and then she gave me a thumbs up and a smile and ask if it was all right I didn't feel like having any more confrontation so I just said okay took it paid for it and left The cake was delicious but I definitely was disappointed by the decorating and frosting skills at this bakery also the cake started sliding before I even got it to the house less than 5 minutes away.
For reference I had asked for aqua and white frosting to be swirled together and I got solid aqua.
