The music it was too loud. I tried to play my order, but I had to keep repeating myself. I asked the lady if she can lower the music. As she got angry, with a very nasty attitude . I tried to explain to her that the music it was too loud. She said she doesn’t care. It’s not her problem. They told me the order was going to take around 10 to 20 minutes to be ready it took over half an hour. In my opinion, that is very unprofessional. I was just trying to order some lunch.
