The food was delicious, very flavorful, pretty looking (very detailed with the ingredients) and fresh. Very good portions and they have plenty of options. Definitely the best creole food in Rincón. Will definitely be back 💕

This food truck is serving restaurant quality grub at a fraction of the price. The chef used to work at a couple of different restaurants over the years and her food had always been top notch. Chef Carla has truly outdone herself with Sabor & Vida. So happy to support her and her partners venture.
So far I’ve tried the ceviche & salmón plate with viandas. Both dishes were prepared perfectly. The ceviche was balanced and refreshing. The salmon was crispy on the outside, juicy and flakey on the inside. Everything was deliciously seasoned. 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🏳️🌈

This place is amazing and you can taste the love and quality in every bite! We stopped here for lunch and went to a "5 star" restaurant for dinner that night - and the whole dinner we just kept saying how much better the Sabor & Vida food was. S&V's ceviche was better balanced with a fresh and vibrant flavor, and the dorado con majado de malanga - oh my god! Perfectly seasoned and cooked, and I'm still dreaming about that fish a week later. Chef has an amazing command of food and she far outcooked a James Beard nominated chef that day! This all female team made our day and we proceeded to tell everyone we met to eat here. We can't wait to come back to Rincon and dine with you again!
And as others have noted, this place is sparkling clean and so nicely set up with its 3 covered tables. The small details, like the fans on each table to get rid of the flies, show how much care they take to make this more than "just a food truck," and a true culinary experience.

Stopped by today and what a gem of a place!! The owners were friendly and full of lots of positive energy!! Let’s talk about the food, delicious!!! I ordered the mahi mahi in passion fruit sauce with rice and beans and sweet plantains!! You were able to taste the freshness of the food!! A must when you are in Rincon!!!
