We went to Publika's BIG and we were excited to visit BIG at Medini Mall.
There is big variety of premium ingredients and food. What interest us is the food offer at BIG.
We came for the fresh oysters and seafood, but to no available. So we decided to try their pork selection.
The staff are friendly and professional. They recommended roast pork with rice and grilled Iberrico Collar to us. We tried both and we like them. The roast pork is cruncy and nicely marinated, the chilli and gravy goes well with the pork and white rice. And the herbal taste of the Iberrico collar is simply irressitable. :)
