I think they had an off day. Took a while to get our food (it wasn't busy). Once received, they were all cold. Forgot to bring fries. When we finally got them, they too were cold. They also forgot to bring out daughters malt with the food. We got it to go. When my burger 1st came out it had a nice slice of tomato on it. When it came back out, it was gone. Oh well, I didn't bring it up. A drink we ordered had to be made with ice cream in stead of normal ingredients, but it was okay. A bit of a let down for a place that is normal pretty good. Amazing service and awesome over-the-top shakes and fries. The fire fries are actually spicy and still crispy despite being covered in delicious sauce. The marshmallows included with the shake were huge and toasted perfectly. Service was quick and the staff were friendly! Food tastes good but why did you give me the thinnest and smallest piece of chicken I’ve seen on a sandwich in my life? Seems as though they are trying to stretch food and make 3 sandwiches per chicken breast. I Paid for a meal and you gave me a snack how disappointing. I only get to stop here maybe twice a year when I visit my brother, we got to enjoy a couple of the new items before the power went out because of which our meal was on the house-thank you again to the manager and our server. Was a bit uncomfortable with the child of another employee getting into stuff in the back, food being slapped out of her hands on to the floor by an employee and her being behind the bar playing with items. Food is definitely not as good as a few years ago, Burger was made without asking what temp was wanted. No hot sauce was available, just a small shot of buffalo sauce. Had a great experience here for my birthday dinner! Got a free entree by signing up for their rewards program which was cool! Our server was very friendly and attentive and the food was good and reasonably priced. I also tried the Mango Mule cocktail and it was great-perfect blend of spicy and sweet. My family and I came in and ordered the loaded queso, some burgers, and chocolate shakes. Service was fast and friendly and then BOOM!, the lights went off. Most the town of Mustang lost power. Jacob, the manager, handled the situation with professionalism and walked around several times making sure people were okay. Food was great, we ate by cell phone light, which was our choice as they asked if we wanted our order to go. It was actually a pretty fun experience, lol. This is one of the best places to eat in Mustang. So if you're in town, drop by and see what they have on tap... Especially if you've never been to any S&B.
