We tried this place for the first time last night, and while I wanted to like it, I just didn't. We ordered online for take out. It seemed far too expensive for what you get. $74 (plus tax) for 3 14" pizzas. One was cheese, one supreme and one "Piccante." The crust was a decent texture for NY on 2 of the pizzas (and one was undercooked - see below), but really flavorless. The cheese pizza overall was pretty bland (and pretty thin on cheese, even for a NY style pizza), so I added parmesan and crushed red peppers that I had at home. The supreme that my wife had seemed to have an ok amount of toppings, but she was pretty underwhelmed at the taste overall. The Piccante is supposed to come with Sausage, Roasted Garlic, Calabrian Chili, Kalamata Olive, but they left off the Calabrian Chili. The crust on this pizza also appeared to be undercooked. So just a mediocre or less experience overall for a relatively high price. The one positive aspect to the food was the garlic knots, which we also ordered for an additional $10 (so our total was actually $84 plus tax). My wife and I did like these, while her son said he liked Filippi's knots better. But I bumped the food rating to two stars instead of one because of the garlic knots.
The two staff members I briefly interacted with seemed polite, but I barely had any interaction with staff. The place seems pretty echo-y, and boy was it loud and a bit chaotic feeling inside, and people just sort of seemed to be everywhere. I'm really glad we didn't eat there, as people would have been hovering over us while we ate. And like I said, it was very loud. We love to support family businesses, but I don't know we'll be back here.

We were so excited to finally try this place, and we were completely let down. We ordered expecting a wait, it was Friday, but we watched table after table arrive AFTER US, order, eat and leave before our two pizza were even acknowledged. Then, we were informed (after waiting over an hour and 15 minutes) that an hour and 10 minute wait for two pizzas was normal for a Friday. To which I replied we saw people arrive after us, order, and receive their food before us! Staff was clearly overwhelmed!!! Pizza was ok. My family agreed that Costco pizza is better. Cute place, but we won’t be returning.

Excellent pizza. Dined in. We love this Family business. They’ve done a great job with the decor but mostly the pizza is the best ever. Loved the Aloha pizza.

They gave us dry salad with yeast on a giant plate just a mound of undressed kale like were rabbits and the pizza had air bubbles the cheese was hard and dry and not enough, god forbid they give me a fresh slice and the owner would rather make us the same thing over again instead of offering the refund
Update: I Knew the owner wouldn't take it on the chin since they have no humility. Just to clarify I am an entirely different person you happened to have 2 different Angies ( I know right?! What are the odds) Instead of cyber stalking the other bad reviewers and bringing up non relevant subject matter like other reviews at healthcare clinics maybe focus on the task at hand and MAKE BETTER FOOD just do better and move on.
