Great location with a wonderful large parking, beautifully located along the Teak Chhou River. I had a Khmer red curry with fish and rice. Being in Cambodia, if a Cambodian restaurant screws up a local dish, it is a bad restaurant. They screwed up big time. The rice was good, the red fish curry was awful. It tasted like red water without any spices, not even a red chilli. There were 5 small dice sized tilapia in the red tasteless water and a few mixed veggies. I was sooo underwhelmed that I didn't want to spend time eating it, so half way through the food I decided to pay the bill and get some nice desert and coffee somewhere else. You better go to Lemon grass or Onederz for a nice fish or seafood curry for 3.5 or 4 dollar. Skip this Rusty Keyhole for food and just have a beer here. Great place! Amazing food, unbelievable prices for the quality they deliver, staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is superb. Their iconic Rusty Ribs and Keyhole Mash are a must-have! The latter could use a bit more cheese, though. The only thing are bathrooms... they could be cleaner.
It's a no for me... lovely young staff trying their best but simply need some training.. I ordered a bloody Mary... it included most ingredients except tomatoe juice... took it back and explained you can't make a bloody Mary without tomato juice. The crispy tempura fish was soggy and oily.. Atmosphere a white sterile bunker with great view thou... Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
We had the full rack of ribs and the meat feast. The ribs were cooked really well, the meat fell off the bone and was very tasty. The mashed potato was okay, as was the coleslaw but not as good as we’d hoped. The meat feast was also only okay, the beef was very chewy, the sausage wasn’t overly nice but the chicken, pork and chips were cooked well and tasty pretty good.

Excellent! Service is good, food is fantastic and a great sunset view. The ladies who run the place are really nice, too.
Food was great and excellent value but the location has changed sadly and the atmosphere has shifted a bit. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ៛5–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Fish
