Philly steak sandwich was regular but tasty the meat. Should cut a little bit bigger
Chicken Philly sandwich for me it’s better than the steak
Rustic hotdog This is masterpiece every thing is perfect in it even the sauce was balanced

Best Philly cheese steak I've had outside of the US. The sweet potatoes fries and chicken tenders were also top notch. The salted caramel french toast is good for 2 and deserves a review of its own! The burger is quite thin and a bit like fast food restaurants but the superb quality of everything else and the excellent customer service is definitely 5 star
Their service level is very poor. We have to remind them every time we go there to bring proper knife and fork with stakes but they always bring plastic knife and stake.
Last time the waiter refuse to bring stake knife and said: Sorry, we only have one. After that I went to another waiter to complain and he brought me 4 more knifes but only 2 forks.
When I complained to the manager, he said that sorry, our customers are satisfied with plastic knife. I asked him have you ever eaten stake with plastic knife, to which he replied, I do not eat stakes.
This is honestly the worst level of customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. (I do fine dines twice a week)
I wish the restaurant owners can see my message and take action against their employees and managers who are ruining their investment and reputation but their unprofessional attitude.

Best restaurant I have been to in Makkah and fantastic service. The roca salad, grilled chicken and ribs all tasted delicious. Inshallah this place will have a lot of business.
